UK Postage Fees

As each order is hand made with love, please allow up to 5 working days for us to post (usually we post every working day).

All UK orders over £25 will be free of charge, orders up to £25 will be charged at £2.50.

Worldwide Postage Fees

Contact for details, please allow up to 14 days for delivery.


Please contact us for instructions on returns, we will send you a Returns Authorisation Number(RA). You must be in receipt of this RA number before sending any item back. Any product without an RA number will not be accepted.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning goods back to us. Postage will only be refunded in cases where the item was faulty, damaged or mis-sent.


If when your you receive your order, you are not completely satisfied you may return the items to me, within seven days for exchange or refund. Returns will take approximately 5 working days for the process once the goods have been received, items must include a RA number and proof of purchase such as conformation email.

We recommend that when returning items you use either Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery via Royal Mail, as you will have a tracking number and proof of purchase. Jo James will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

The customer pays for all shipping back to Jo James. We are unable to refund your postal fees.

If you are returning items for exchange please be aware that Jo James will cover the cost of postage and will not recharge you any postage fees that may incur.


For reasons of hygiene and public health, refunds/exchanges are not available for New or Used Earrings.

Any Discounted or sale items can only be returned for repair. No returns or replacements will be made.

Incorrect/Damaged Goods

I try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. Please note our detailed collections, multi-colour and bag charms may vary from the pictures shown as all pieces are handcrafted and unique. If you do not receive your items ordered, please contact me right away. In the unlikely event that the items arrive damaged or faulty, please contact me immediately, I will give this special priority and you can expect to receive the correct items as soon as possible. If your order has to be remade please allow 7 days for dispatch.
